The album is due to be officially released on march 31th which is on a Tuesday. I think the The pessimist dropped as a single which features J.Cole singing on the chorus but no verses from him though throughout the song.

Its been a long time since I last heard from UK artist A Star he had a couple tracks releases last year with We Ain't The Same and DFMB (Down For My Brothers) featuring jahaziel with Utter Once and a couple of remixes which where released also. But now his back this year with new music and a new E.P ready to released at the end of this month called Revolutionary which is expected to be released on march 30^th.

Kendrick Lamar | To Pimp A Butterfly (Review)

I was really surprised when the latest project by Kendrick Lamar was released a week earlier from its original release date March 23.
Social media such as Twitter was going crazy over the new album release, I had to buy the new album on Itunes yesterday morning before going out. There some real deep tracks to dwell on and to vibe such as 'king kunta' and 'Institutionalized' but my favourite track so far is 'For free?' which had that jazzy instrumental feel throughout the song and Kendrick's flow pattern was amazing.

To be honest, I liked every single song on the album. 'Mortal' and 'Momma' are also some of the many songs which I find have an interesting vibe which I constantly have on repeat. The 'Mortal' track had me in shock because I did not expect it.  When Kendrick Lamar was reading his poetry piece and interviewing  the late great Tupac Shakur, it gave me the chills because it felt like a  real conversation between the two artists when i first heard it . ` This shows how Kendrick Lamar is a true artist as he was able to create a piece that was quite unique and that was able to draw in the audience that was listening.

But so far after listening to the album quite a few times, I am starting to get the full picture of each track . I've noticed that each of the songs are cohesive to each other and when they are put together they create one message.
Each of the tracks are one part of a poem which links to the meaning behind the 'To Pimp a Butterfly'

Classic Album Of The week | Immature - Play Time Is Over |

The classic album of the week is from the 90's RnB singing group  the Immature with there first album called "Play Time Is Over" released back in 1994.


I first discovered the group in the movie classic  House Party III which features both actor and artist Kid N Play as the main characters. The immature where featured on the house party soundtrack album and featured  in the length movie.

Ever since then been listening to these guys the songs i like from "Play Time Is Over" album is "Never Lie" and "I Dont Mind" Batman also known as  Marques Houston really delivers with is vocal skills on this album but the whole album is really good to chill and relax to.

UK rap artist Nick Brewer as released a new song called I'm A Pro featuring singer and producer Shakka. The new song was first premiered on BBC 1 Xtra radio station yesterday. Shakka produced and sings on the chorus on this track which the track is a type of a calm electronica beat.

Song Of The Day | BraveART - The Start (Prod.By Asaiah Ziv)

Song of the day is called "The Start" from La's Vegas artist  BraveART. BraveART his part of the Hipsavvy movement/label which was founded by KIDD a rap artist and producer  also from las Vegas as well.

KIDD produced The Start song the beat is on point the sample sounds like from one them old black and white movies. I like BraveART lyrical and flow content over the beat that he shares throughout the track nothing but the truth.

This was taken last year during his dollar and dream tour which tickets cost like a dollar to get in. I really love the energy that he brings when he performs on stage he does really connect with the audience you can see the passion that brings out in this video.
